Digging Dahlias Event: Unearth the Beauty of Nature
Have you ever wondered what it takes to bring the vibrant and stunning dahlias from our fields to your homes? Join us at Three Sprouts Flower Farm as we invite you to experience the enchanting process of Digging Dahlias.
I will guide you through the magical process of unearthing dahlias. Hands-on demonstrations will teach you how to properly dig around the roots, gently loosening the soil to preserve the delicate tubers.

November 4th, 10 to noon
Registration: $15 (includes the cost of the first tuber clump)
Additional tuber clumps harvested: $20
Each clump can be divided down to 3 to 8 or more tubers
The farm address will be sent upon registration.

Dahlia viruses have been identified on my farm. It is cost prohibitive to test every plant but to reduce the spread of virus I wipe clipper blades between every cut and discard visibly infected plants. Tubers and tuber clumps available come from plants that looked healthy and were productive bloomers during the growing season. Please ask if you have any questions.
